1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or booking a slot on MyGameBooking, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
2. The service
MyGameBooking is a marketplace that lets you discover sports venues and book playing slots. Venues are operated by independent owners — we facilitate discovery, booking, and payment, but we don't own or operate the grounds. Slot availability, pricing, and amenities are set by each venue.
3. Bookings and payments
A slot is confirmed only after successful payment, at which point you receive a unique Booking ID and digital receipt. Tapping a slot holds it briefly during checkout; a hold is not a booking and lapses automatically if payment isn't completed. All payments are processed through a regulated payment gateway. Prices shown include the slot fee and any convenience fee, both displayed before you pay.
4. Cancellations and refunds
Each venue's cancellation policy is shown before payment and again before you confirm a cancellation. Eligible refunds are initiated automatically to your original payment method. Refund timelines depend on your bank, typically up to 5 business days. Slots that have already started or passed cannot be cancelled.
5. Your conduct
You agree to provide accurate details, use your own verified mobile number, arrive on time for booked slots, and follow the venue's rules on the ground. Misuse of the platform — including fraudulent payments, abusive reviews, or attempts to circumvent booking — may lead to suspension of your account.
6. Ratings and reviews
Only users with a completed booking can rate a venue. Reviews must reflect your genuine experience and must not contain unlawful, offensive, or misleading content. We may remove reviews that violate these rules.
7. Liability
We work to keep listings accurate and bookings reliable, but venues are responsible for their grounds, facilities, and on-site safety. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyGameBooking's liability for any claim related to a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking.
