Common questions
- What does "slot held" mean?
- When you pick a slot we reserve it for 5 minutes so you can pay without someone else booking it. If you don't pay in time, it re-opens.
- Can I book multiple hours?
- Yes — tap every slot you want on the grid before paying and they book together. They don't have to be back to back, so a morning slot and an evening one on the same court is a single booking.
- What's the cancellation policy?
- More than 24 hrs before: 100% refund. 12–24 hrs: 50%. Under 12 hrs: no refund. Refunds cover the slot amount — the convenience fee is not refunded. The exact amount is shown before you confirm.
